Battery backup and water-powered backup options are available so a power outage doesn't undo your protection.
Dry Ridge, KY water tables and storm patterns vary enough that a pump that's right for one property can be wrong for the next. We test inflow rate during inspection so the pump we recommend actually matches your basement's real conditions.
We check discharge line routing and check valve placement as part of every install, not just the pump itself.
A failed sump pump during active weather gets priority dispatch across our Dry Ridge, KY coverage area.
Pricing covers the pump, basin, check valve, and discharge line as one quoted number, not itemized surprises after the fact.
We calculate gallons-per-hour pump capacity based on your basin size and typical inflow rate, not a one-size-fits-all recommendation.

This option works well as a second layer of protection alongside a battery backup system.

Basin lids are sealed to reduce basement humidity and keep debris out of the pump mechanism.
If it's an active failure with water rising, we prioritize same-day dispatch.

You'll get a quick walkthrough of the alarm and backup system operation so you know what to expect.
